Ohhh the dreaded FUPA aka fat upper pubic area. It took me a while to really realize what the heck a FUPA even was. Here are 4 exercises to help with your FUPA, but please note that there is NO way to target a body part. To reduce your FUPA, you must lower your overall body fat percentage. You can do this through cardio, abdominal exercises, and a balanced diet.

FINALLY!!! Someone who's smart enough to correctly identify the fupa. I don't understand how people have got fupa confused with the lower tummy not the PUBIC area its literally in the dam* name.

Watching this because my girlfriend hates her fupa and I want to help her feel better about herself.

I personally don't mind it, I think she's beautiful no matter what, but I want her to feel that way too.

Hey y’all, I’m going to start this starting 8/26/2024.

I will also update my progress within 3 months. I hate when people don’t update lol so I promise I will!

I may also just upload a video too so you can actually see the progress and if it made a difference.

I didn’t even realize it was a problem. I thought I was just insecure because it is fat but. I’ve been in shape my whole life. No one has ever complained about it but now there’s a name for it.

I’m going to try this and hope for the best I’ve been very insecure of it for a while as I’m really young and know no other people my age with them and going to school and people staring😐so I pray to god it goes eventually!

Gonna try this out for my hooha because I can't wear fitted jeans or leggings. It's like a lump of meat and sometimes i joke about it to my sister. I'll pinch it and say "hey look it feels like it's a growing pëepęe."💀😅

Literally, I’m kind of embarrassed. And even more now, me and my friend were on Instagram, there was this girl that posted a picture of herself in a bikini, and my friend was laughing at her and saying, is she transgender because it looks like a Male parts. I was awkwardly laughing, but I was like low-key so insecure about it because I have that.

Sadly I’ve had it since I was a child and I’m not over weight 😭😳😳, I’ve started to hide it pretty well, but I am now going to give this a go, eat more fruit etc

I will give this a go for 2/3 weeks and come back and update you on this!!

I saw this video today and i tried it, i will do it once a day will come back with results on xmas day i have this fupa after my 2nd child im not that skinny but my fupa its big im embarrassed to the point of walking around the the house with my man alone half naked has become a problem im even hiding it from him
