I am 68 years old. Obese my entire life. Been on all the diets, even weight loss surgery. Still struggling. Now I have arthritis in both knees. I think I can actually do these exercises! I’m going to start today🙂🙏🏻

Love it shes right. I retired from coaching gymnastics over 30 years. These 4 are very effective and very easy for my age women. Im 62 years old and have to strengthen my out of shape loose stomach and tone up all my muscles. I am in!!

Fabulous exercises Petra. Been trying to strengthen my core due to back problems. Much better than the ones I've been doing. I'm 78 a bit stiff afterwards but will carry on. Thanks again. ❤️

I have stage 4 arthritis in my lower back and SI joints. I am very limited and 77. I tried each exercises and did 2 sets. I think I can handle these!

Thank you so much. I have run for 27 years, taken 4 years of Cuong Nhu Martial arts, daily core exercises forever, weight lifting and now I walk 2-3 miles per day in an hour or less. Fantastic routine! I am in my late 40's and physically fit but have always had back and neck problems which makes it very difficult to do the regular strength exercises. Your exercise don't cause any back or neck tightness and are quite effective. Thank you!

I've done a couple of your workouts. What I love is you don't whoop and shout all the way through. I'm 74 (did I say that out loud😜) used to do so much exercise was fit but undiagnosed illness caused me to stop exercising, back on it now 💪. Thank you

Hello Petra and thank you. I’m 60 years old and being sick, I got a lot bigger having stopped playing sports and with medication. Today and even though I am still sick, I have the will to feel better, at peace with my body and no longer suffer.
