I'm 79 and just started with this gal. She starts right off with the exercises which I appreciate. Some of the others I looked at talked so much before getting into the exercises. I like to get with it at the beginning and cut through the "small talk" (which may be important) but I want to "get with it".

I am 66 and have been doing my exercises daily for 33 days and noticed that I can sit up streight without an effort (developed good core muscles) and I even have a nice little washboard now. Thank you for your nice workout, not too challenging, yet very effective.

Ive been doing this workout now for 8 weeks & waited to see what would happen before giving evaluation. Welll...i began due to a VERY bad back & needing to strengthen my core muscles in my abs so my back doesnt work so hard at supporting me. Due to these ... blocks...i was tentative at best but began. Now, 2 months in the things i couldnt do? Are almost easy!!! My heart rate goes up and i DO break a sweat so its also burning stored fat as long as i keep my carbs & sugar intakes in check. So YES...this chair workout WORKS and i will add weights and keep going! Thank you Mizi!! ❤

First Day. 73. I did it! A little hard because I have broken both knees and an ankle in 6 years but did it. I might not have looked beautiful but I’m excited. No talking, no loud music. See you tomorrow ❤

Fantastic workout. I love chair workouts. I have a bad back and my left knee is not the greatest but doing chair exercises help me slowly get stronger. Thank you very much.

OK, I'm 61 and OUT OF SHAPE! That was a sweat creating workout!!! Once I get this down and feel stronger, I'll start your other workouts. Today is the beginning of a new fitness journey of eating and exercising for better health. See you tomorrow. 🙂

This is the best chair workout I have found. I love the pace which is not too fast and it targets all the areas I am trying to work on. My first go to chair abs video now

That was perfect! I have a very severe immune deficiency and need to be very thoughtful about my workouts. If I do too much I get sick. If I do too little I lose strength which eventually impacts my ability to fight the illnesses that come. I’ve tried so many different things and just discovered chair workouts. They are perfect and I love your approach, simplicity but also the effectiveness and focus. Just subscribed and will be doing more of these!
