I up to day 3 and I’ve done this twice a day so far, I have lost a kg 🤯. I have a postpartum body and I’m loosing weight already, I’m definitely going to finish this challenge

Not gonna lie but this video has been amazing since I resumed my workout in January 2024 and continued doing this workout consistently for 3 months straight. I am a uni student which means i obviously had to take some off days from workout in a week.
I gained weight in my middle school extensively and started my weight loss journey after my high school got over. But even after losing 10 kgs in 2023, my fupa and belly fat was stubborn. I came upon this video (I generally don't like following youtube workout videos) but this video literally helped me lose another 10 kgs in the span of 3 months (along with other workouts obviously).
My belly fat and fupa is still there but it has shown a tremendous amount of improvement. You just have to be consistent and trust the process. Some days are bad, some days are good but after some time you see yourself improving and getting better!!
I am still following this video and wish everyone luck who are on a self development journey <33 You got this!!!

Hi ML, I m doing ur exercises more than a month, it is more effective than any other work out, my body muscles start to loosen, I want to tighten my body muscles especially my lower belly, it hanging more than before, pls post any belly tightening or muscle tightening exercises, Thank u so much

This was not bad for a over 50 lady l have not lost my touch l guest when you retired you are in a intirely different zone mainly chilling and holidays is my niche and YouTube makeover l have found my calling 5 years lts so easy so your exercise al❤ways makes me taking part lt really amazing but it's really suited to me thanks ❤ time to get back in touch again l have too much energy i need to exercise l will continue ❤
