I came across your channel a week ago and have been saving videos that I want to do over the next 2-3 months on a daily basis to target areas I need to address. So far I have done 5 days. I love the graphics, easy to follow. The music isn't great but I am so focused on the exercises, I don't even hear it lol. I expect to have a great body in 3 months time and will assess things then. Also doing the 18-6 fasting as well. Here's to a new body, new mind and new me (hopefully!). Goodluck everyone!

I am 64 I still work as a chef but I put on a lot of weight someone told me you're getting a little fat so I am 546 lost a lot of weight loss 27 lb so thank you so much I started out at 5 minutes 15 minutes now I've got to 30 minutes thank you so much p and the journey on food thank you so much
