Toto je moje absolutně nejoblíbenější video 😍, které mi dělá radost skoro každé ráno. Nebavilo mne dříve cvičit, ale díky tomuto cvičení už vidím výsledky a ještě mi to zvedne i náladu, protože je tam skvělý výběr hudby. Ta růžová postavička co se tam najednou objeví člověku prostě vždy vykouzlí úsměv na který člověk možná neměl ani pomyšlení...Díky!🌞

This was great, Thank you. I modified a few of them but I intend to improve. The calorie burner in the corner was brilliant! Gives you the push to keep going.

Thank you for this, I had to alter a few of the exercises because of my legs, but overall would highly recommend for people with limited mobility like me. Ever since I got my wheelchair I've been feeling a little down about my stomach region, which has now gone fairly soft. Will continue to use this, much love <33
