Honestly, I really didn’t see a change in my body until I changed my diet. All the exercise in the world didn’t make a difference until I lessened my processed foods & processed sugar intake 🤷🏽‍♀️

Reduce body fat by eating at a calorie deficit? Done. Working out to increase calorie burn? Done. Lift weights and do circuit training to burn more calories? Done. Lost 21 lbs so far. Need to lose 6 more lbs to reach my goal and I'm LOVIN' your IMPACT clothing line. Thank you Ms. Michaels. 👍

Now that's a great and useful podcast! She gets right to the subject, without a lot of rambling, and stays on point and has supplied me, at least, with new and important info on why I can't lose the belly fat. Thanks, Jillian.

Diet: Some calories deficit most of the days, high protein vitamins minerals low fat & carbs, a bit more carbs if you're training that day, until you'll reach a plateau
Workout: 3 days of lifting, resistance, body weight exercises.
3 days of cardio/ HIIT in a week and 1 day of rest.
8 hours +/- of sleep a day for your muscles to grow
Even if you're a fat beginner you'll get much much leaner in just a few months, significantly lower your fat% and even see your abs/ 6 pack.
I was 73kg 23% body fat in December, now I'm 67kg 17% and can see my abs (love them), mainly body weight exercises. Recently joined a gym but then the restricted movement came . .

Whenever I need a little encouragement, I watch Jillian’s channel. So nice to know that common sense and intentional self control is the missing piece of the puzzle. No radical diet needed.
