Just a quick share on what this routine has meant for me over the past few weeks. I recently found out I needed to have a biopsy done, and suddenly the energy I usually had was no longer there. I finally realized I was depressed over the fact that I might have to face a new kind of life. This workout came out 3 days before my biopsy, and since it was only 10 minutes, I thought I’d try it out. What a game changer it was for me. Suddenly I had my energy back almost to my regular level for the days up to my biopsy procedure. I then had to take several days off following the biopsy to allow for my body to heal and returned to this workout as soon as it was safe. Yesterday morning I arose bright and early and did the workout one last time before heading to the doctor to receive the biopsy results. Fortunately I received good news (no cancer) and that, in and of itself, lifted the remainder of my depression from my soul as you may well imagine. Anyway, I wanted to share how this energy-producing workout routine helped me through a difficult time. Thank you, Caroline, for your hard work and dedication. MOVEMENT IS MEDICINE … for the soul as well as the body. 😀💪🏻❤️

I actually love having your short workouts to do throughout the day. They help me keep my day going and feel better all day long. And they don't make me feel overwhelmed and I think to myself, "I can give myself 10 minutes."

My partner, Richard, and I cpmpleted the 10 days challenge- proud of ourselves for sticking to it- pleased with our ability to do better each day, better form, better pace, less sore but feeling stronger. OMG this is one of my favorite routines. I do this one before I do any other routine. It’s quick and dirty. I just came back from surgery 6 weeks ago and was pumped when I got the ok to work out again. Your positivity is awesome. Thank you Caroline. Namaste😉

I enjoy all your routines. I am 74, always thought I had to spend a grueling hour on the gym 5 days a week. Ugh! Love yours are only 10-15 minutes now I do twice a day!

I always feel better after your workouts! Those positive affirmations also push me to do better in all aspects of my life.
I just realized that I let fear which is Satan stop me from pursuing my plan of being a teacher!! Why is that negativity so strong that we lose sight of what is truly important? God is in control and will always be in control; we are saved by the blood of Jesus!❤😊
