Awesome. I am so out of shape. Only run 3 days a week and started 3 one mile walks at lunch. Gonna do this 10 minute and your metabolism one daily. Hope to increase to some high cardio in a couple months.

Hello! I am truly so blessed to have found you! I have been dealing with a severe tendonitis in my foot for over a year. Also have osteoarthritis. MY diagnosis of that OA, I really didn't understand that by me constantly doing my HIIT workouts were actually making me regress. PT and some boot time helped me realize I need to slow down take out the impact and just move! I always say movement is medicine also!!!!
I was laid up and looking for a way to move but not high impact or weight bearing and boom I found you. I am so thankful for your generosity.

Completed this little workout after completing the lower body workout with the mini bands. Got everything in that I needed today: strength work and a little cardio., Was able to meet my calorie burn per workout goal this way. Thank you! Perfect!

Morning Caroline, switched up for early morning, wanted to try workout with lil more intensity, periodically take my measurements and hadn't really seen ant weight loss results as of it, and thought my workout morning routine needed lil more boost.
