This workout kills calories, but it won't kill YOU! ♥︎ / Anzeige

Yes, that's right. I created a routine that won't make you gasping for air, calling me bad names & question your life haha.
This routine includes pretty basic movements and always switches between "getting your heart rate up" and static holds as an "active rest".

▸ calories burned are between 70-110kcal, depending on your weight, height & fitness level! I'm a short and tiny person & I burned 70kcal :)

The video is in full length which means you can just follow whatever I’m doing 30s for each exercise. If you need a break - TAKE IT! Don't worry too much about that. You will improve over time :) that's the best feeling! I also recommend switching up your workouts to give your muscles enough time to recover and to hit them from different angles.

omg I did it, I finally did it. to be honest I've been putting off this workout since I moved from beginner level to the 30 min weekly schedule because I thought I wasn't going to be able to get through it but I finally decided to give it ago. I'm so proud of myself, I pushed myself to keep going especially when there was like 10 seconds on the timer until the next move. Don't doubt yourself what's the worst that happen? you might take a 10 second break? that's ok. build yourself up to it and finish it strong, you can do it!

I was feeling low for the past few weeks now, I still continue working out but I lost control of what I eat. Then I realized that being present and being up for the challenge of working out everyday means that I don't want to quit and that I still have hope. I tried my old clothes which always were too tight for me but then I was surprised that they fit me amazingly! I just want to say that if you showed up today even if u r not totally feeling it or u feel like giving up, DON'T. As long as you have that will to move or workout or even do a little dance workout that means you want to change and that you believe. Continue being amazing! And always have that fire in you! Thanks again Pam for this amazing week 28 sched! Lot's of love 😘
