Seriously though, my ponytail brutally slapped me through the whole workout but i didn't want to stop to fix it cause i was feeling the burn!! Great exercise, i'm dripping with sweat right now, whoo!

This is the BEST cardio workout on PopSugar! It's only 10 minutes but hey, whether you do it once or 5 times, you are sweating, your heart beat is up, and you feel like you got in a GOOD workout. I always do this when I don't have the time for a full workout or a run outside. I love it!!

for any plus sized people wondering if they can do this workout! you can!! between modifcations and the advanced, I mixed it up and took breaks when needed but got back into it! If this is your first thing after waking up, I do recommend something to wake up your body a bit slower and then go into this. As my muscles weren't fully prepared for this yet! lol Now time for a chest and tricep workout!

It’s been about 2-2.5 weeks since I’ve incorporated this video into my workouts (3cardio days) & it’s now that I can start to see the results. My legs have never looked better! I want to keep doing this but with more consistent rounds just because it’s so great! This video is a blessing!!

I JUST finished this workout. I did advance and moderate and I'm dripping sweat! I love Anna's energy! Any workout that has her in it, is ALWAYS a great video! keep up the great work!

Ok I did this video today and it was not easy! My heart rate increased so quickly into the workout and I was sweating afterwards. Loved the workout and loved the lady hosting the workout. She really kept me going and I love her energy and because of her I have now subscribed so thank you and God bless 🙏🏼
