Hey everyone, here's a super intense HIIT workout for you. This is a great full body workout with intense exercises that you can do before or after a cheat meal. You don't need any equipment and you can do this at home so no excuses! I currently have 1-2 cheat meals a week when I film my mukbangs for my 2nd channel and this is great routine for cheat meals. Great since thanksgiving and x'mas is round the corner!

Remember you burn more calories the higher your heart rate so go intense, but at the same time STAY SAFE. Know your limits and use the low impact exercises if you need too!

Hi everyone! I am 11 years old and I have always been fat. I always ate whatever I wanted and didnt care about my health, Until 6th gradde people started calling me names that really maked me sad. I discovered Chloe's channel and started working out every weekend and eating healthy every day. When I got into a spring break i did it every day and eated healthy. I am now proud to say that thanks to Chloe I lose 15kg in 10 months. (I weighted 60kg thats not healthy for my age)

For the people who don't understand what burning 200 calories means....it does not mean ur gonna burn 200 calories right when u finished the workout...HIIT workouts boost ur metabolism so in the next few hours depending on ur body type ur gonna burn more calories than usual...I'm so proud of u for finishing this <33

Two things I've learned from this video:
1. 30 seconds is really long enough to slowly kill a person.
2. Jumping jacks are easy. (Cause uno others are like murdering you)
