I'm going to do the work out for 30 days to see the results I love this workout. I take a bit longer to do everything but I'm going at my own pace and still manage to get the workout done. The current weight is 85kg my goal weight is 60kg back to the weight I was before kids 4 years ago.
I've got this so far I've lost 15kg.
I'll keep you all posted

I tried this intense workout, mind you I haven't worked out in years only been doing yoga for the past couple of weeks, which burned and made me SWEAT! I'll dodge the yoga and jump into this because I love its tempo, and it's so doable, she's so encouraging and engaging I love it!
