I started this workout two months ago and I'm now addicted to this, really worth doing it. Lost 10 kg without serious dieting.
If you're thinking you can't do it, believe me, you can. Fighting ✊

I've been doing this workout for few months now and for the first time since I started I was able to finish ALL 4 ROUNDS 😭😭 I'm so happy and proud of myself like you would not believe. I usually stop at 2 rounds out of exhaustion but today people I'm an ELITIST AND A BIT OF A SHOW OFF 😭😭

I love that she says word like "we can do it!!" "almost" "doing great!!" "everyone is doing great!" "looking good!" "u got it" these words just make not to give up and makes me wana listen for more and more. Its just worsa that we all need to hear!
She is just a person that helps us and she doesn't let me give up!! I just wana say big THANK YOU!!

Dear Lisa, you are our favorite fitness instructor. We are alternating between this HIIT training and the other HITT training of you with Reece (the 30 min. Cardio Workout), évery other day, now already for 6 months in a row!!! We love your humor and your funny way to keep us going... We are fitter because of you! The hardest part of the workout is to smile. Every time she tells to smile, I forget to breathe and when she reminds me to breathe I forget to smile. smh.

Hands down, the best workout ever. 30 minutes of absolute intensity.

I gotta say, my least favorite are the mountain climbers... and they're the warm-ups! Haha, I love these two. They've been getting me through the quarantine.
