First time ever being consistent in my workouts (almost daily/6 times a week) for the last 7 months ! thanks to you. I only do workouts with you now. I can't enjoy working out with any other instructor. Your workouts feel like a smooth dance to me, challenging enough but enjoyable unlike other workouts that make me feel behind and not connected to my breath or body. Your workouts are awesome! I'm a 63 year old man recovering from some serious back injuries. I was in relatively good shape all my life until a back injury and 2 operations took me out. Your workouts have been a godsend. Ive been doing them with my 22 year old daughter also a big fan for about 6 months. Little by little life's getting better. Oh my god. Ive been a runner for years, and recently began lifting, but THIS is like no workout ive ever done before. In my opinion, its harder than running and lifting workouts. I can't get 2 minutes without needing a pause.
