Once I was really strugglin with my body, my toxic "best friend"buIlied me for being "fat" and I couldn't look at my body without cying.😢
At this time I was about 12 years old).
Later I started starving feared eating and lost way to much weight.
All the years I thought having a healthy body was pain and stress.

Than I started whatching your videsos🥰 and everything changed: I gained a lot of muskles, got to know the fun of doing sports and eating healthy. Today I got back my mental and physikal health.

Your videos are actually helping a lot of young people by living a healthy live style.

To all the people that are struggeling:
I know it's a hard time, and sometimes you wanna give up. But than pls. remind you: your body needs time to change and your physikal health is always first. That doesn't mean you can skip, but it means, that you first need to accept your body and than you keep consistantly doing your routine. A good routine can change everything!!!!

I began following Anna on January, doing her workouts five days a week for one hour. I was 230 in October, 214 in december, and am currently 168/169 pounds. From a size 18/20 XXL to Large 12/14(though i have some size 10 that fit!!). I cannot for the life of me do the reverse burpees but I am getting there. Thank you soo soo much!!!

I always run away from any hiit with abs today i finally decided to do this one. It was amazing an amazing challenge and the structure was just great. Loved it and sweating buckets.
