30 Mins Cardio & Core Interval (Burn Belly Fat!) - Beginner & Advance

Please READ this box for more info. This Workout will burn up to 350 Cals per session! This is suitable for both beginners and those who are more advance. I'll be guiding you through an easier alternative as well as a harder option.

In order to Burn Belly Fat effectively, we need to incorporate total body workout together with core exercises. Total body cardio workout will help to shed the excess fat off your belly and Core exercises will help to strengthen and define your tummy.

We will alternate between 4 minutes of cardio with 2 minutes of core. We will be doing 4 sets in total with 1 minute break in between.

Each Cardio exercise will last 45secs with 15secs rest and each Core exercise will last 30secs with 10secs rest. Do this workout 2 - 3 times weekly and have a healthy meal plan to go along with it, I assure you, you will see results!

Of all the workout videos on YouTube, this one is my favorite. I like that Joanna did not do a voice over, but instead talked while she did the workout herself. Hearing her huffing and puffing, seeing her getting sweaty, and seeing the slightly imperfect part like when she got confused on one of the workouts just make me feel that she is so real, and she is in this together with me. That is what I want from a workout instructor, instead of just yelling “go go go! Keep going!!” at me. Empathy is so important!!

I used to not get past each exercises without taking 1 minute breaks (that was a month ago), but now, 1 month later, I can get through this without actually taking breaks. You can do it guys!

5 years back, I lost 20kg from 93 to 72kg just by doing this workout + eating healthily in 5 months time. I gained back quite alot now, so I’m gonna do it again and lose another 25kg is my goal. Please give me some motivation guys. 💕

Works great lost 10 pounds already, use to do it awhile back and lost 20 pounds fast but also back then I was, embarrassing to say, but starving myself so when I ate I gained the weight back twice as fast, but now I'm eating properly and working out daily and I feel better than I did before. Thank you!

Yesterday I did this and I stopped at 14 minutes but today I did it again and I completed it I am so proud right now thanks Joanna love your videos and I will keep you updated on my weight loss my goal is to lose 20 pounds and I'm happy that I know I'm going to do it

In 2012 my daughter went to 10 std so I stopped going gym, luckily I stumbled on your video burn 300 cal in 20 min, since then I have fallen in love with you & your workout. I AM very much happy to let you know that I am very much fit by doing your workout regular at home. I AM 59 yr old gynecologist from India 🇮🇳. Love you. This is one of my favorite workout videos. I try to switch it up every now and then but I always find myself coming back to this. Last year I lost around 15 pounds doing this workout a few times a week and eating healthier but since I moved to the US I gained them back (It's hard to eat well in this country lol).  I'm starting to work out again so here I am.  Thanks for all your videos Joanna!

I'm 6'4 and 350 lbs with a huge belly.  I just completed this workout for the first time, and I love it.  I have to admit I took longer than 15 second breaks in between a lot of the workouts.  And I live in an apartment, so a lot of the jumping exercises I can't do because I'll disturb my downstairs neighbors.  But it's an amazing workout.  I feel awesome after it.
