I can't believe this was 7 years ago. I remember downloaded this before because we don't have wifi at home. Up to till now, I still do this exercise sometimes with other Crista di Paolo workout. This improves my body strength and flexibility. ❤

Thank you Christa and Popsugar! This workout is one of my absolute favorites!
I am a teen girl who is currently battling anxiety and PTSD from my abusive Dad, and strangely enough my therapist and doctor recommended cardio and cardio kickboxing as a way to calm myself whenever I am having flashbacks or feel an anxiety attack coming on.
Besides helping me stay calm, it has really boosted my confidence, toned my body, and helped me build muscle and was one of the main workouts that helped me loose 50 pounds in 2019! Thank you again!!!

Been using this video for a few weeks now. I know this is off topic but everytime she says, "Everyone loves a Russian twist, " I always find myself thinking, "Except the US election."

Thanks to Popsugar and portion control...I have lost 40 pounds!!!! I feel I enjoy the variety of workout session! I have 15 more pounds to go! Forever grateful!!!

I have an auto immune disease, and due to this, I had no use of my right arm for over 5 years, and I am supposed to be in a wheelchair by now!
I fought so hard, and regained use of my right arm, and I have managed to stay out of a wheelchair thus far!
I have been doing 4 of Christa Dipaolo's workouts on popsugar alternatively, 5 days a week, for several weeks now, and I want to thank you from the bottom of my heart, for your amazing workouts, as they are so fantastic for the mind and body connection, which is extremely important for my conditon ❤
I also want to thank Christa for the modifications, as I am unable to do some of the workout, due to my poor bone density, but your amazing uplifting, and encouraging words, make you believe you can do the workout, even if you have to slow down at times, as you remind people, that It is our workout, and we know what we are capable of, as we know out bodies better than anyone!
But, at the same time, you encourage us to do our best!
Again Christa, thank you so much for your amazing workouts ❤

I'm one of those lazy people who, up until now, thought 'why work out when it's just so much easier not to?'. Now in my 40s my body won't let me get away with that, but it's been a challenge to motivate myself.

I just wanted to thank you. Your fun cardio kickboxing routine finally got me off the couch. You have such great charisma, I wish you had more classes recorded. I'm ignoring your 45 min one for now. let's not go overboard ;)

I died after round three and had to skip to round 5 (the cool down), but I'm still proud of myself!!!! I am soaked in sweat. Wow, what a fun workout! My cats enjoyed watching it too...

This has GOT to be one of the best workouts on PopSugar! Christa is a tiny, buff bundle of energy and she is so motivating and entertaining. I love that there is a warm up and cool down included in this. I also appreciate that the ladies are doing the workout full-force and Koopa is doing the modifiers (girl power!) Not to mention this is a huge calorie burner...I did this with 2 LB weights, I am a 5/6"/145 lb F and burned about 440 calories in the 35 minutes, INSANE! Bring them back for more. Thank you Christa, Koopa and Anna! :)

I'm so glad I found you guys! I just found out that I'm pre diabetic and I'm really scared of my future and I don't want to end up like my grandmother because she died from diabetes. I'm doing this, starting to eat better and drink more water. Right now I weigh 197 lbs at 5'6 and I'm going to keep doing this exercise and better myself. I stuck with the entire routine even though some of it was modified. Thank you guys so much!

Just completed this using 1.5 kg weight in each hand. Burnt 436 calories and feeling good. Boxing cardio is my fave cardio, I never get bored of them, keep them coming, I just made The Cut!
