Abs on fire!!!

This seated abs workout was a GAME CHANGER! Seriously, I never thought I could feel my core working this hard while, actually sitting down. You crushed it with the clear instructions and modifications, making it perfect for all levels. My abs are already thanking you (and possibly screaming at me tomorrow morning, but that's a good kind of pain!).

Please, please, please keep these seated workouts coming! My injured knee and my abs both desperately need it.

At first I didn't think this kind of abs workout would be as effective as mat ones, but I am honestly surprised! I will be away from home for a while and as I didn't bring my mat, I wasn't able to do the usual workouts i do. Seems like i don't need it at all!!❤❤ thank you for your hard work!
