This is such an excellent abdominal workout. I love the way each movement isolates the core. After the first two workouts, I noticed that my abs were stronger and tighter. I loved the nonstop action. I broke out in a serious sweat—cardio/abdominal workout in one.

Great tutorial. I really needed this because I don't like situps.

I truly have no excuse to not get in shape with seated workouts, sometimes I lose my motivation 😩 I truly loved this workout. First time coming across it tonight 6/6/24. I did it twice.
