I follow you particularly closely... as a professional athlete and sports coach.Currently I am going through a period of illness I am on treatment not being able to make enormous efforts, your videos of seated stretching or even seated abdominals help me enormously . I did this workout on my Stability Ball with free weights and Medicine Ball. I might try ankle weights ;-)
