Hello from Massachusetts, USA. I love watching your videos. However, this is the first time I have actually done the exercises along with you. I am almost 60 years old and overweight. I am also on disability. So, it's hard doing any exercises. I do walk when the weather is good. These chair exercises are amazing! I actually worked up a sweat. Thank you, Schellea!
