I am 63 yes old and disabled. I have a severely deformed right ankle that I cannot walk on. I knew I needed to exercise but so challenging to find exercises I could do. I just completed your entire workout and feel GREAT! Thank so much for your program. I'll be doing it everyday from here on.

I’m not fifty or anywhere near it (15), but I am in recovery for anorexia. Due to the disorder I get dizzy and faint with any small movements, but I’m still determined to work out. These types of workouts are so perfect. Thank you.

update: since people keep interacting with this, i figured i’d just do a little update. It’s not the update i wish to admit though.
I’m out of recovery and im far worse than i was before. im not happy and i can’t even look at myself without sobbing. i have all the options to get help, i just don’t want it. im almost 16 and im dealing with things no one should ever deal with.
this video still continues to help me with my workout needs as most of the time im laying in a bed or sleeping.

i’m a 19 year old and this is my first day on this exercise !!! my entire body and abdominal muscles are so sore but it’s a good sore feeling !!! this lets me know that i’ve put a great amount of effort !! very exited to continue with this exercise

I am 57 and extremely out of shape and overweight. I have back problems. But I just did this workout and I FEEL SOOOO GOOD! I DONT MIND THE MUSIC ANYMORE, ITS FINE. I've been doing this workout every day for two weeks and the 15 min walking workout. Amazing. I can notice so much difference in that short time. My waist is back, my stomach is flatter and my arms stronger.

I love this 15 minute exercise - I do it right after the 5 minute stretch and it makes me feel like I have really done something worthwhile without having to spend a lot of time

I did the 15 minute fat burner first followed by this seated Belly Fat. I was off exercising for almost a month due to trigger finger surgery recovery, But now I am again doing your Fab 50 videos + my home PT. You have so much positive energy -- its a great motivator. I am 74 and have shoulder, hip, hamstring, and lower back injuries and had lots of pain, from years of skiing and other sports, but after over a year in PT, I can do your videos and love them. Still doing PT for my shoulder. This is a great ab and core workout. I can do this workout and strengthen my core without irritating my pain areas. Thanks!!🥰 Love seeing your cat and your dog in your videos. -- so fun. I found your videos because I searched for walking indoor exercise. Had no idea I would find so many awesome workouts.
