I was in an accident and have been in a wheelchair for months. During physical therapy 3 times a week they only concentrate on my injured leg so, I could tell all my other muscles were very rapidly deteriorating. It is amazing how quickly muscles deteriorate. I discovered your channel and it has helped me a lot. Thank you so much and God bless

Thank you so much, at 50 years old. I'm in the best shape ever and I have reversed my type 2 diabetes. It can be done, but you have to do the work.

This is such a great workout. My husband and I both do it and we are in our 70's. He has some major issues and it's hard right now to find something he can do. He does take a daily walk and lifts some arm weights but hasn't been able to go to the gym and work on his core. This is fantastic. Thank you very much, Donovan!

I have never seen exercises done sitting down, I will start doing these exercises thank you very much. I am over weighted like around 300 lbs. and my height is 6 feet, I will do my best every single day practicing the same exercises shown through this video, thank you very much Donovan Green Fitness and I am 54 years old.

Thank you! I actually did these still in bed. I just sat on the side of my bed for the sideways reaching part. This is great. I am a wheelchair user with limited walking due to poor core. This felt great. I was able to feel my muscles working. I can tell my abs don't engage as much as my lower back and thighs but that is okay. I am positive with consistency, I can get better. My core/abs is my problem area. Whatever improvements I can get will be great. Also, I like that this is a short video. I was trying another one and it was too long. This amount of time to start out is awesome. Made me feel accomplished.👏♿💗👩‍🏫

I fractured my ankle and I am missing many of my walks and work outs. But no more!!!! I discovered Donovan Green's chair excercises. I just started and I am about 8 10-minute videos in and I already see a difference. This is awesome!!!! Thank you Donovan. Bring us more chair exercises.
