Yo. This was the most easily challenging workout I’ve ever done. I’m almost 500 lbs and I did almost the whole 10 mins without breaks. Modified some parts. Went all in on others. Will continue to use this when I’m not able to go to the gym.

I'm an avid exerciser and just recently sustained a gnarly ankle sprain making my regular routines impossible to perform. was intense. I felt the burn and it felt great. I just began my weight loss journey and this low impact workout was just what I need. I followed mostly the modified version but I'm so looking forward to the day I can do the regular. Thank you so much for helping out those who are not exactly gym ready. You ROCK!!

I started Ozembic 9 months again and was losing weight but wanted to up my fitness. I started working out but I have terrible back problems. I love that your chair workouts are low intensity but still hard enough to feel like I’m working. I workout with your videos everyday. 90lbs Down!
