Hi im 39 and very over weight wiv extreme back pain and ive gone from no exercise and drinking 20 cups of coffee wiv 3/4 sugars in each cup to doing this workout 3 times a day and im only drinking 2 cups of coffee wiv 1 sugar a day i never drank water either and im now drinking it thru out the day ur exercise routine is helping me a lot i went a whole day without pain meds too thank you both im only on day 5 but i feel fantastic an i have a lot more energy thank u again x

I used those exercises when I had a broken leg. I kept myself fit, healthy, strong and happy. My bone healed sooner than average and I went back to my activities very fast. Thank you! I recomend. There is no excuse, Everyone can do it.

I was born with Spina Bifida, and I have a weaker spine than most people, and therefore I can't do high intense workouts, but I can definitely do sitting down exercises, and this really has helped my confidence, and ability to work out! Thank you so much. 💚

I've just recovered from mild symptoms of ?covid/flu and cant do much exercise as I get breathless. I tried this and I managed to finish until the end without getting so breathless. I will keep on doing it as I get stronger everyday. Thanks.

Easy enough for 62 yr old recovering from back surgery complications & yet working up sweat & feeling the burn. 1st program that I have ever found over the years that is truly low impact able to do. Thank you for these workouts!

I just can't thank you enough for this workout. I used to be an active dancer and hiker; then last year I injured my knee. I was doing OK, slowly improving, with daily gym workouts, but since we started sheltering at home I just haven't been able to do enough. This workout, that gave me options for being essentially one-legged, made me feel like I could possibly get back on track with my recovery. You've no idea what that means to me!

This was a great workout! After being in a wheelchair for almost a year, I was looking for a good workout that wouldn't hurt or risk injuring myself again and this was perfect!

I had a knee injury almost 3 years ago, gained weight, tried your other workouts, everytime I do some mistake and get back to where I started, till I found this.. it's my third day, but I never thought that a chair workout would make me feel this way, energetic as I'm doing the standing ones.. I'm thankful for you 😊

Dear Claudia and Kozak.    I am sooo happy today - after exercising with you for over three weeks, I can NOW FINALLY LIFT MY LEGS UP FOR THE MARCHING EXERCISE.    I am aiming to lift my legs higher by end of this month.   Thank you both for helping me and so many others in reaching our fitness goals.

I know this video is old but I'm SO GLAD that I found it. For the first time in my life, I've finally found a passion for working out and fitness but I recently sustained a pretty bad knee injury. I was so afraid of falling into a depressive slump and undoing all of the good work I've done over the past few months. This video has saved me. It's keeping me active but also doing WONDERS for my mental health. Thank you so much for making it and for thinking of those of us who have limited mobility.
