I am an absolute beginner to any kind of workout. I was thinking to move my body but I was so lazy. Almost every other videos are titled for beginners but really hard for me. Today I decided to workout and I found this. I'm 5' and 130lb in my 25. I am sweating a lot and actually, I enjoyed it. Thanks a lot for making real beginners workout videos.

The thing I love about Monika’s workouts like this one is that they are easily customizable to how I’m feeling in the moment. If I’m lacking energy or motivation, I’ll follow along as-is and work on proper form. If I need a little extra, I’ll skip the breaks and move right into the next exercise, go faster, add light weights, and/or add in some extra moves like heel lifts or jumps. I also like that her videos are short so I can do a few at a time and customize my workout.
