Wtg!!!! Cheers! One simple thing that has kept me on track since July ‘22 (it’s Jan ‘23 and I’m down 34 lbs now!) is that I don’t allow myself 2 skip days in a row. This has been a huge help! I hope it helps someone else too! We’ve got this! ❤

Yess I’m on day 4 started not being able to finish a full workout now I do 3-4 every morning and now at night too I feel so much more energized and it keep me motivated to keep going thank you 🙏🏽

Remember that diet is key!!! If you eating too much junk and doing the workouts the progress will come slower! If your eating cleaner that will get you your results faster! * Also Remeber that you should have a balance! It’s good to have ice cream or chocolate a couple times a week! Just not much!*
