I’ve been learning lately that exercise is crucial for my mental health. It gives me so many endorphins and mental clarity in the moment. Normally I dread it, but lately I have been craving it. It’s a blessing to be able to move the body God gave me and I don’t wanna take that for granted❤️

this is so healing to watch. i see videos of people saying they are in the gym everyday doing weights and heavy cardio. seeing this makes me feel more at ease with taking it easy but still giving my body the movement it needs.

Love the idea of an active rest day, absolutely taking that idea! Sometimes I can feel really restless when im supposed to be relaxing and it’s not a fun feeling.

I've started applying it 3 weeks ago, first week was rough but now I don't want it any different. I do sneak in some Pilates on stretch day though 😊

I recently got injured, and had the same injury last year with no explanation since no one seems to know the route cause I’ve decided maybe I need to change my fitness routine to something more conducive to my again body and I love working out and running and being strong and fit but wanting to do it in a safe and balanced way.
I love this schedule! Once I’m fully healed I’m totally trying this!
