This workout plan WORKS!
I've been on my weight loss journey with on and off different low impact workouts for 3 months, but this plan gave me the structure, balance between challenge, muscle growth and accessibility of exercises. In short, I've really felt I finally moved from "beginner" to "pre-intermediate" with these. I will certainly repeat this plan in the future to compare my progress <3

Ma'am, I study for so many hours. And I tend to eat often, peanuts and all the other meals...

I want to stay healthy and fit.

Can you do some workout for that?

Requirements:
5 minute workout - to do in small breaks.
10min 20min 30 min long fat burning workout (intense and low impact &both combined)

Mood booting workout - dancing and standing mode ...full chill

Stretches for hunch back, round shoulders and all.

Walking workout

Also, can you specify how much we burn during those workout...
