This 20 minute (At-home) ab workout will show you that you don’t need much time or equipment to fire up your abs . This ab workout is created to target your entire core- working in multiple different planes, and working all the muscles of the core. This workout will build the muscles of the core, and increase core stability and strength. We are also showing you two variations of the exercises, so that you can tailor the workout to your strength and intensity level. If you are more advanced, you can follow Juice, and Toya will be leading the more regressed versions of the exercises. We also have cues to the work and rest times, so you can follow along to our pace! Feel free to pause the workout if you need more rest. If you are following Toya, keep trying this workout until you’re able to follow Juice.
