I love it when there are no sets. I was thinking about quitting halfway cuz I thought you would do 2 sets of 10min. But I did the whole thing and it keeps it interesting when there's no repetition!! Thank you for the killer workout!!

Madfit has worked wonders for me. Particularly this set I find myself repeating it over and over as it breaks me a godamn sweat. Mountain climbers and where you have to swing your arms under while you are on plunk!! its truly mad fit and I love the no breaks in between. Absolutely thank you.

I enjoy this ab workout. It's definitely your most intensive one. At first I found it too hard, but now I do it every other day, I can keep up and actually enjoy it. I do this one first b4 going on to another 15 mins ab workout.

After the holiday it was the first exercise: I got to 13:11 with 2 pauses!!!!
Great exercise!!
One suggestion: let the clock start with a couple of seconds late for complex exercise, especially in the 30 sec mark.
