OKAYYY everyone in the comment section is WAY too calm after doing this. I usually do ab workout videos from Madfit and others a couple times a week but after a couple months I never really feel challenged anymore so I have been looking for something harder and when I tell you I FOUND IT. Finally I feel pushed once again and felt the kind of pain I felt when I first started doing ab workouts. I admit I had to rest for like 10 seconds in between and could not figure out how to do the side plank raises but I’m so looking forward to being able to complete this. This channel is underrated and I never ever subscribe to people but I think you deserve it

This is such a great ab workout! I am a soccer player and need a strong stomach to kick so this is a amazing workout for soccer players!

🤯🤯🤯 I’ve been looking to progressive overload with my ab workouts, and have been using dumbbells alongside my MadFit and Caroline Girvan workouts, but THIS, THIS HITS HARD. 😅 -I didn’t even need dumbbells to feel the burn this one, and I have a pretty damn strong core if I may say so myself! 🥵 😂 Thank you Anna! I really enjoyed this!! ❤❤

Anna that was a workout omg this is so far the best ab workout I have tried mind you I have tried tons and tons this is so far the most painful and burning ab workout my abs were on fire my got I felt the pain

Omg, these workouts really a killer. I can feel the abs sore in the middle of the session. The plank abs are really interesting and challenging. Thanks for showing us these :) really appreciated.
PS: I’ve done numerous intense abs workout and this is one of my favorite now.
