Get ready to work your core in this 20 Minute Total Core Pilates Workout. You could do this workout on it's own or combine it with one of my other workouts for a full body burn. All you need is yourself and a mat, no equipment needed. I hope you enjoy it! 😊

This was so tough but feels great to challenge myself! But how on earth do you stay so effortlessly graceful and beautiful while doing these workouts! I literally look like a whole mess during and after! 😂

I can confidently say it gets better because I've been doing this workout a few times a week for about a month, and it isn't brutal anymore.

I’ve been in the gym lifting heavy for months. I’ve been lazy this weekend and haven’t wanted to leave my house so I did this. Wow. This burned my core!

This video just destroyed my core in the best way possible.
I’ve always had issues with breathing properly throughout workouts which creates light-headed-ness so i love how you inform us about the proper inhale / exhales in your videos too. ❤️ super helpful!

Inspiring presentation as always Nicole. I've been doing Pilates for two decades now and it's real treasure, especially when I'm now working from home with less than brilliant ergonomics, so I really appreciate your clear presentation and silhouetting when presenting the forms and moves.

Thanks for the short workouts that I can combine with my runs, weights, etc., or do on their own on a busy day. Love the 15 and 20 minute ones.

Wow this is the best core workout. I can feel it deep in my core, and not just my hip flexers like so many other core workouts. Gonna do this one a lot fir sure!
