Omg this is amazing. My abs are strong, so when a workout kills me—I KNOW it’s good. I think a lot of the genius was in that beginning gradual activation and intensity shifts you walked us through. So well put together, as always!!

Loved it. Not really intense. Butt I rather think I'm just getting stronger. I'm glad I found your work out. Body needs a switch up. Plus you don't talk and get right in it. Music and quality movement is the best.

So I have to say I've looked at quite a few of these AB workouts you have posted and each one is fabulous so well structured easy to follow follow and hit from different angles lots of exercise variations ...Brava perfetta! my question is though is it OK to train your abs like this everyday??
