When i tell you my emotions were so hurt after You said last 2 exercises, I thought those 20 mins flew by then i realized it had only been 10. Still very worth it my sides have not burned this way ever and I’m glad i found this WO

Yes!! Loved this one, all over abbsie workout with a PERFECT mix/switch-up from lower to obliques to upper to core and back again!

as a teen, honestly, this was amazing! my summer break just started and I thought I'd tone my core a bit :) I LOVE how this isn't just all planks like a lot of other core exercise sets I encountered, and keep up the amazing work ❤❤
