2 things:
1. She isn't even taking the rest cuz she's showing the next exercise
2. Her form is so amazing you don't even see her back leg for the most part of the video.

I am going to commit to this everyday, one like is one day I will complete this workout! I’m digging myself out of horrible depression and anxiety and been feeling bad and not at home in my own body, so I want to do something positive for it <3

Hello to anyone it might concern, I did this exercise along with a mile run every other day for three months straight and I cannot express how much it really helped me. It built up my core strength and overall made me stronger and faster. Of course, I also changed my diet and ate healthier. But, if you’re looking for something small to do every day to help you along your fitness journey, this is a gem and if you’re consistent, is worth it. I wish you all luck on your fitness ventures(:

I’ve NEVER been able to consistently work out, but you have made it so easy for me to fit these 30 min and under workouts into my week and it’s now my third week of doing these consistently almost five days a week and I’ve never felt better. Being 5"11 and 220 lbs this was extremely difficult for the first time but I'm determined to get it done every day! I love feeling my core activated! I've been doing the wrong exercises lately and so far I'm just losing inches off my thighs so I'm excited to see where this takes me! Thx!

This made me realize how out of shape I’ve gotten, I can barely straighten my legs out or hold them off the ground. 🥴😭 i could barely make it through 45 secs of anything, this is the motivation I needed. Thank you. I will be working on this until I can get through it
