This type of workout feels very nice for when you don't have a lot of energy/motivation but still want to move. I definitely would like to see more like this one, especially for abs!

I struggle hard with core workouts and honestly, I don’t enjoy them, but I’m determined to work harder on my core and I so appreciate your core workouts. Did the 30 minute one from December today (it killed) saving this one for next Friday! It will all be worth it when I’m 80 and can get up off the couch! 😂

Her mad fit ab workouts r the best, and I’ve done soooo many ab YouTube exercise videos. Perfect amount of talking, never boring, and I feel the burn! The fact that it burns this much without weights is mind blowing. Seriously just the best! Thank you so much

I just wanted to say thank you for all the great floor workouts (abs, glutes and thighs!). I just had foot surgery so no standing for me right now. Not only have you saved my sanity, allowing me to move, but I know all the glute work is helping to keep my muscles more balanced during this weird time!!!

This video was great!! I loved how calming it was, your voice and the moves. It didn’t make me feel pressured to over do it… which made me try harder actually. That did NOT feel like 20 minutes of only abs 👏🏼👏🏼

This is good for people who have been out of shape for a while and need to get their core strength back (me).

I started having lower back pain from weak abs, the tips about proper form are so essential to making sure I don't injure myself while building my strength back up!! Feels nourishing for my core.

Can we have a butt/leg version of this??? This is really the best abs/core workout I have done so far. Love the pace, the instructions, the music. everything's perfect!!!

She is the best in this workout along thing. She makes it so much more doable and easier. And the new variations she brings often are the best and so Great work Maddie. We all need your good work and heavily rely on it for our fitness. Keep doing what you do. ❤❤❤
