Alright today we’re going over an exercise you should do before every workout that will warm up your shoulders and improve your posture.
Now normally these videos that go over how to improve your posture and fixing a shoulder slump wouldn't be my favorite topic to make video on but this one exercise has done so much for me I had to share. And believe me when I say I tried face pulls but they had no impact what so ever. I suffered from a pinched nerve in my neck and had constant horrible pain in my rear delt, trap and neck because of it. This is exercise alone fixed it! Not only that it’s helped me make drastic improvements in my chest because it improved my thoracic mobility and posture.
