This was honestly a great cooldown, I really liked that you didnt talk because a lot of other creators usually talk during cooldowns and it's harder to stay calm and relaxed while they're talking, so thank you!

Thank you so much for this! I've stared to work out to lose stomach fat and when I was first doing workouts my muscles would ache after but this cool down exercise really helps wth my muscles!
