I’ve seen a lot of BS on YouTube about people “calling you out” and judging you and I don’t get it. I’ve found people that are judgmental just have their own personal issues or are most likely jealous. Fact is you’re a hard working passionate down to earth guy that wants to help people and is passionate about fitness, I don’t get why people are on all that BS. Keep up the good work man and stay away from the fools. You’re one of the main guys that inspired me to get started in fitness.

*STRETCHES IN ORDER*
Be as tall as you can
Swing arms forward
Swing arms backward
Swing arms opposite ways
Pull fingers back
Pull fingers down
Hold wrist in
Twist wrist
Roll hands
Neck up and down
Twist neck left and right
Roll neck
Hold arms across you
Pull arms over your head
Spin elbows
Twist core
*Go shoulder width apart*
Lean back
Lean forwards
Push hips to each side with your arms arched over
Roll hips
Touch the ground
Hold each leg
Go down on each leg
Lunges
Hold each leg up
Hold each leg behind you
Make circles with your knees
Make circles with your ankles
Lean each calve against the wall
Butterflies
*WARM UP*
Jumping jacks 60s
Mountain climbers 60s
Burpees 60s

Remember to go light on your stretches and do little pumps
