Highly doubt anyone will see or care but I wanted to share a win. The first time I did this glute activation workout it felt harder than my actual workout and I didn’t complete all the sets and reps but in week three I have ! The booty is getting stronger 😭. Thank you 💜

I started doing this glute activation before my thigh and butt workouts and oh my goodness! It is so effective. It really allows me to involve my glute muscles in a way I have never done before and the results are amazing. I have noticed such a difference in my butt and thighs this is so good!!!

Hey guysss!! So I’m back with results. I’ve been doing this glute activation before my workouts for about 3 months (I’m off and on with my consistency) but I can assure you that these DO help!! I’ve noticed when I start a workout I can feel it in my bum more and It has more of a shape to it! As you continue to do this workout it gets so much easier too. At first it was hard for me to complete it without stopping the video 😂 but now I can go through till the end!

Started working out for the first time ever about a month ago. Heard about glute activation and why we need to do it. This is the FIRST routine so far that has definitely fired up my glutes! I did it yesterday, woke up sore today and came right back to like and save

Great video! We are both in our 80's and are all about healthy aging. We say that "you don't stop moving when you get old, you get old when you stop moving!" So keep exercising, eat well, and calm the mind to lower stress ... anyone can be young at any age. We're doing research on channels like this for our new Healthy-Aging Advice YouTube channel to inspire others. This helped a lot. Keep up your good work.

I'm a little bit late, but I'll update the results. Help me to stay motivated.

Waist: 66 cm
Butt: 98 cm

Day 1: I did the glute activation, the workout 1 time without weights and 2 times with 3 kg in each hand.
Day 2: I absolutely hate cardio and I was really sore so I just did the abs workout twice
Day 3: Rest day because I'm really sore and I have PE tomorrow
Day 4: Another rest day, I had PE and my butt is still sore, and that's when it starts to grow
Day 5: I was still a little bit sore, but I did the glute activation and the workout 3 times with 3 kg in each hand
Day 6: my butt was a little bit sore, but I still did the first hiit workout and the upper body one
Day 7: I did another glute activation, with an heavy resistance band, for 10 minutes, because I don't have heavier weights. I did the glute workout 3 times with 3kg in each hand
Day 8: I barely feel sore, this workout is getting really easy, I hope next week's is harder. We ran 1 mile in PE so I'll skip today's workout.
Day 9: aka day 7 of the challenge. This is supposed to be a rest day, but I like to ignore those and place them accordingly to my needs. So, I did the glute activation and the day 8 workout 3 times with 3 kg in each hand.
Day 10: Rest day
Day 11: I had PE, so it counts as hiit
Day 12: I did another glute activation, 10 minutes with an heavy resistance band. I did the workout with 3 kg in each hand 3 times and I included the resistance band on squats. I hope my butt feels sore tomorrow, because this is getting really easy and I need heavier weights
Day 13: Today I wasn't at home so I didn't workout. Honestly, I'm not worried at all because there are studies that prove that too much cardio can burn muscle, so cardio isn't essential for muscle growth and I do rather to focus on one thing at the time.
Day 14: I literally did the same thing as in day 12
Day 15: I ran a mile in PE
Day 16: I did a 10 minute glute activation with an heavy resistance band. Did the workout one time with 3 kg in each hand and on the other two times I added the resistance band.
Day 17: Rest day
Day 18: I had PE so it counts as cardio
Day 19: I did a 10 minute glute activation with a resistance band. Then did the workout 3 times with the resistance band and 3kg in each hand
Day 20: Rest day (I'm not worried about getting abs now, one thing at the time)
Day 21: same thing as day 19. Tip: each time you do a workout start on a different side. On the other day I always started with the right side and today I started with the left one.

1 Minute - Donkey Kick with Pulse (30 Seconds each leg)
1 Minute - Fire Hydrant (30 Seconds each leg)

Who else keeps forgetting to switch legs and then has to do all the exercises one minute on both sides because otherwise it feels uneven? No? Just me? 🤭
