FULL BODY KETTLEBELL WORKOUT | 25 MINUTES

Here's a 25 minute intense full body kettlebell workout! Follow along as I guide you through the whole workout letting you know what exercises are coming next.

The workout:

1MIN PUSH PRESS L
1MIN GOBLET SQUAT
1MIN REST

2MIN HAND TO HAND SWING
1MIN DEAD CLEAN AND LUNGE R
1MIN DEAD CLEAN AND LUNGE L
1MIN THRUSTER
1MIN REST

REPEAT BOTH SETS

(FINISHER) 1MIN KETTLEBELL ALTERNATING PLYO PUSH UPS

Tried this one as I need a starting point again after becoming a father 2 years ago. Been hard getting back into fitness like I once was. This was a killer workout and will be doing this one once a week in my new routine. Thanks 🙏🏼💪🏼

Done this kb wo. O-m-G Coach, those 2' swing really killed me, oh my... still panting. I say this class kinda heavy for me Coach, but i finished it til the end, yeahhh! Thanks Coach Sam.

I liked all the exercises except the 2 minutes of single arm swings. It brutalized my lower back and so all the other exercises suffered. Any advice?
