Team GROW - we've got ourselves another SWEATY KETTLEBELL workout! 30 minutes of challenging HIIT style exercises with and without a kettlebell, that's why I've called it brutal! But trust me it's all worth it after the timer ticks over the 30-minute mark.

Grab your mat, a kettlebell and let's get the sweat drippin' - let's do it!

My weight recommendation:
Beginners: 8kg Kettlebell or a Light Dumbbell
Medium to Advanced: 16kg+ Kettlebell
(I'm using a 16kg kettlebell)

WORKOUT DETAILS

👉🏼 Duration: 30 mins, plus 5 min cool down stretches
👉🏼 Kettlebell
👉🏼 50 Sec Work, 10 Sec Rest
👉🏼 Level: Medium to Advanced
👉🏼 No Repeat

Please remember that we all are different and that you can make this your OWN workout... take a longer break when you need to and join back when you are feeling ready.

This was an intense but highly satisfying workout. No talking, no repeats and lots of good music. I had to modify some activity for the sake of keeping my form in check but with repeating this a few more times I will complete it in full. I was happy with my efforts! Thank you!
