Do this 20 minute total body TONING AND STRENGTHENING workout with me AT HOME ! We are using a set of DUMBBELLS for this workout, but you can use anything you have available to you at home. I am using 5KG dumbbells. Targets legs, booty, shoulders, arms, and back!

0:10 - warm up
2:20 - circuit one
8:21 - circuit two
14:28 - circuit three
20:30 - cool down

I really enjoy this kind of longer videos that include warm up and cool down.
It’s really important to do both and having them be included in the video is very helpful.

New to your vids and this is the 3rd one I’ve done. These are workouts I can see myself continuing without dreading it. They are easy going but I definitely feel it, so thank you! I appreciate you getting straight to the workout and not talking or trying to sell us something the first 5 minutes. GOD bless you.

Given that I’m a 116 kg person, I struggle with most workout video on YouTube because I can’t finish them. But you make me enjoy the exercise to the end!! Perfect workout. I actually added on some 10 minute abs at the end and 10 minute booty and it was the perfect time.
