Follow along and get sweating to this 20 min bodyweight full body workout! This workout session helps you build muscle and strength using compound movements and a variation in tempo per exercise. It also has an element of cardio and core moves that will increase your calorie burn. We target the whole body with this workout including your legs (hamstrings, quadriceps and calves), glutes (glute minimus, glute medius and gluteus Maximus) your chest, arms (shoulders, biceps and triceps), back and core (abs). Burn some body fat, expend calories and build your muscle in just 20 minutes full body strength workout.

I love watching and doing your videos from my smart tv but many wont play. I have reached out to You Tube to try and get fixed. But I spend too much time going form one video to the next looking for one that will play. Is there any tips you can give to get them to play

Will these shirt workouts 4 times a week really work on a bigger person that has stuborn fat anyone with results ? Everyone is saying you need more moves and at least 30 mins at least 3 curcits each curcit differnt moves 3 times ect ..but these have 4 to 6 moves 3 to 4 times through so 1 curcit ..im oraying it works for me ! Its affordable also ! I did notice some weeks only 1 maybe 2 dumbell days .. does that matter ..as i dont want to loose progress or strength
