This workout is designed for everyone so there are modifications available if you need them. This is a time under tension (TUT) workout so you'll want to do each exercise slow and controlled. I like that it's slow - really helps you focus on form and pushing yourself beyond what you think you can do since you have more time to listen to your body (if that makes sense)

I keep coming back to THIS workout. The exercises are simple but very effective. In 20 minutes nearly every muscle group has been hit. Plus, the music and pace are slower and I'm not frantically trying to keep up. The music is uplifting and motivates me to keep going. I'm in my 40s, and feel like this is a good challenge yet easy on my joints. If ever a workout had EVERYTHING, it's this one. Thanks Juice and Toya. See ya tomorrow!

I felt like a freaking competitor during this workout! I felt so strong and capable. My mat is soaked and I’m proud to start my week in such a positive way.

What a difference a few weeks makes! I am feeling so much stronger. Definitely could hold that ISO push up hold longer but it was still killer. Progressed from week 2 with full push ups and the full extension on the side plank dips.

wow i love how everyone is here for the 4 week challenge! this challenge was honestly the only reason i worked out today, it didnt feel right starting the 4 week challenge by skipping the first day haha loved it!!

Love that there is no counting and it is quiet except for the clock telling you the change is coming! I’m recovering from some injuries and I love how many of these are on the floor, it was much better for my injury to work that way. Thank you!!

Just started the Jan 22 challenge, and feeling great after finishing this! I'm a regular exerciser to your videos, but I've signed up for the challenge upon request from my husband as he wants to get into a consistent workout routine so I'm doing this with him for support (we are here for the workouts and good vibes, will leave the prizes for other people!) He is quite tired after completing this but feeling good, will see how he fairs tomorrow! Thank you for doing these videos, and congrats on your engagement!! ❤
