Great Video, Love failed me, my ex left me 2 months ago, I've pleaded for her to come back but she don't want to, i'm having sleepless night, i think of her all the time, i've met with other girls, gone to the bar, therapist to see if it will help me move on, but nothing is working. I feel so empty, it feels like my world has ended, i don't think i will ever find happiness. I don’t know why I’m saying this here. i really miss her and i want her back.

I needed this....life is busy with 2 young boys, work and recently lost my dad, I was feeling somewhere overwhelmed and took this time to go and lie on my bed and do this short meditation and I feel alot better for it ❤

This made me even more stressed, I kept waiting for a slow paced guided mindfulness but she was always speaking at such a fast clip. When you're on the verge of a panic attack or fighting thoughts of self harm, this just isn't peaceful

I felt immediately relaxed after this. Was having a very not good almost mental breakdown moment and had to step away and do some meditation. Super relaxing! Thank you, I had felt immediately refreshed after I opened my eyes.
