I went with my gut instinct and chose your video.
It helped me more than I thought I needed. I started off anxious and left calm, tears running down my cheeks.
This was everything I needed to get rid of things I've been holding onto for far too long.

I was so tense and my heart was racing at the start of the meditation. It felt as though I could feel it beating out of my chest. By the middle of the meditation, my body felt SO relaxed that I fell asleep (which has never happened) Thank you for this meditation. ❤

Your voice is wonderfully soothing. Whenever I’m unable to sleep, I play the meditation for Anxiety and Stress thru my headphones.
By the end of it, I have fallen asleep and feel more relaxed when I wake up!
It settles my racing heart!

This meditation has by far been the most effective for me! I've actually gotten emotional toward the end because my body is experiencing relaxation that it hasn't experienced in many, many years due to extreme anxiety. Thank you so much!

Thank you Jessica ~ this meditation helps me a lot. I finally got off the Paxil I was on for 24 years, 6 days ago was my last day. Now I can truly heal. Purging out the toxin and focusing on rebalancing the brain. Today I feel like crying and very tingly inside. This is very hard but I can do it. A truly excellent guided meditation that effectively induced deep relaxation. The calming narration melted away tension, leaving me in a blissfully serene state by the end. Highly recommended for cultivating tranquility.
