I was on the verge of a panic attack and was telling myself to slow my breathing down before I was able to get to my phone and look up a meditation. After doing this meditation I feel so much better. Thank you

I've been dealing with a lot of stress and anxiety lately. My mind just wouldn't calm down. then I also started having sleep paralysis. so I decided to do some meditation. a whole new world has opened up for me. Meditation makes me feel so much better. I used to listen to rain sounds and white noise at night. But this is so much better. I sleep even faster and it makes me feel calm and good. THANK YOU for these amazing videos!

I’ve had a lot of anger built up because of my constant anxiety attacks. Feels like my emotions have been getting the greater part of me. This was my first guided meditation and the feeling I got was genuinely indescribable. Thank you so much. I’m not even completely sure why but I teared up during the process. Felt incredibly needed.
